3,2,1, is it a triangle question?

Hello, I need to work on problems lat give me a list of three numbers, and I am to determine if they're a triangle or not. Thanks! :)

if it is a triangle, the sum of 2 sides must be greater then the other side
ie
a+b>c
and b+c>a
and c+a > b
in your case , it is not a triangle as 1+2 is not greater than 3
