Any online resources to hone your basic bioinformatics?

OpenStudy (blues):

Hmm, not really. In general, "basic" and "bioinformatics" don't belong in the same sentence. You might check out 7.349 or 7.91J for MIT OCW references. Also, it depends on what type of bioinformatics you're into. If it's structural, you can check out some of the documentation on VMD and Tinker. The PDB, SCOP, CATH, DisProt, etc all have some basic review resources too. Otherwise, DAVID and the NCBI databases have some review lit too, although not much.
