can anyone help me how can i start programing applet with java

It is the same as you would any other program in java with a few exceptions. First you need to extend JApplet, next remove any references to the frames from within your code, you also need to change your main() to init(). Once you have your code situated it is just a matter of adding the html code, <applet code="MyProgApplet.class" width="500" height="500">. After you upload your class file you should be good to go.
