A mass oscillating up and down while attached to the bottom of a spring can be modeled using simple harmonic motion. If the weight is displaced from its equilibrium position a maximum of 7 centimeters and it takes 3 seconds to complete one cycle, answer the following questions: Amplitude: Is it 7 Period: I got 3, but I think that is incorrect Frequency: IDK???

Your answers are right. Frequency is just the reciprocal of time period..
amplitude :7 is obviously right. time period:3 because it will be equal to time which is taken by particle to complete one cycle. frequency is the no of oscillation in one second i.e 1/Time period=1/3=0.33 Hz
Thank You!! :)
