As shadowfiend said, only employees of OpenStudy are admins. We are not hiring, also as shadowfiend said. 

When and if new moderators are chosen, it is based on users that behave well on the site, interact well with users, are good helpers and askers, and interact well with other moderators and admins. With all of the responsibility that goes into being a moderator, you can understand why we do not accept applications for the position. We love that you want to help the site so much, but please respect our decision on the matter.
