OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

@Amistre64 why can't i solve this

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

Interior angles for a hexagon are 120, interior angles for a pentagon are 108.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

do they share a straight line as well?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

otherwise it might be a range of values

OpenStudy (amistre64):

are the angles presented spose to be equal?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have found the answer to be 72

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

No idea. I just drew a line representing a base, then solved, and got 132 for my angle lol, pretty sure its wrong though.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

i believe we have 132 degrees to play with

OpenStudy (amistre64):

add the angles and set the sum equal to 132

OpenStudy (anonymous):

exactly what i did

OpenStudy (amistre64):

(7x-19)+(4x+8)=132 then yes, if you got 72 going that route then im sure its right :)

OpenStudy (amistre64):

i get 143/11 = 13
