For converting fractions to percents: By long division, divide the top by the bottom to get a decimal. For more help on this, just google "convert fraction to decimal." Next, convert your decimal to a percent. Move the decimal point two places to the RIGHT. It's the same thing as multiplying the decimal by 100. There you have it!
