Menopause - Simply put when the a woman starts to becomes infertile.
Changes: Urogenetalia Atrofi, decreased production of estrogen, there's a lot more but none i can think of at the top of my head right now.

Male menopause: Well yes it exist but rarely discussed due to it's by comparisson unsignificant physiological effects. It occures due to lowered testosteron and 5-DHEA production which is caused by decreasement of Leydig cells.
