'Fraid not!

We've made the decision to limit the groups to the ones we have now and no others until we grow the site a bit. This is so that we can grow the groups we do have to where they are useful for the core purpose of the site, which is peer to peer help in large numbers. Once we're satisfied with the usage of the groups we have, we will probably look at expansion again.
