Create a public service announcement, in Spanish, on severe weather procedures to encourage the community to be prepared. Use the graphic organizer to help organize your ideas and to write the vocabulary that you need to create your public service announcement. Refer to pages 1, 2 and 3 of the lesson area for terms and ideas to help you fill out the organizer and, ultimately, create your PSA. (I've tried 3 times on this and my teacher keeps giving me a 0 help please)

All you have to do is write as if you're a Spanish weather broadcaster. Una tormenta is coming, and you need to warn the people of the storm or Hurricane or, whatever. You should be able to use a lot of vocabulary about weather, and what the people should expect. Such as violent winds or great damage, and then go on to saying what the people need to do to survive the storm, such as getting all the security equipment they need and so on. You could record a tape of you saying it in Spanish, write leaflets or posters on it, and then a transcript of what you say, in order to get full marks, or more than is necessary. Make sure your Spanish is correct, however, or the marks you were getting before will remain as it was.
