So what's the question? Which y value is correct?

If so, then the first year is y=(19)(1.057)(1)=20.083 rounding to the whole number gives us 20 billion dollars.

The second year is y=(19)(1.057)(2)=40.166 rounded to the whole number gives us 40 billion dollars.
