OpenStudy (anonymous):

i do speak english

OpenStudy (zarkon):

\[|-2x - 10| + 4 \ge 4>2\] therefore no solution

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you

OpenStudy (zarkon):

Just stick to my answer sessions218

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i did

OpenStudy (zarkon):

you might want to try that again Luis Rivera

OpenStudy (anonymous):

he was right Sakar u were wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@ luis riviera i agree with you i did type that one as answer but it was said to be wrong by @zarkon- i dont get your method ,please explain

OpenStudy (zarkon):

the absolute value of any number is non-negative

OpenStudy (zarkon):

|-2x - 10| + 4 = 2 |-2x - 10| =-2 which is not possible since the absolute value of any number is non-negative

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Zarkon you dont have to explain yourself.. my answer was correct

OpenStudy (zarkon):

I have to teach...I'll look back later to see if you have any more questions

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you please help me on my new problem i posted it already

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (zarkon):

@Luis Rivera : I'm not sure how else to say this ... the above equation has no solutions...Try using wolfram alpha to convince yourself of this fact.
