You tell me, prokaryotic or eukaryotic? Are bacterial cells fully developed?

bacteria are prokariotic cells, this word compared to eukaryot means before the nucleus, that is, bacteria lack a the membranes that surround the nucleus from the rest of the cytoplasm. eukaryot means true nucleus which is all the other cells. except archaea.
