Hey, guys, when I'm first clicking over to messages (at the letter icon), I often see flashes of what must be other messages flying about. I've seen quick flashes of what must be warnings, and just now I saw an entire, very short message, not addressed to me, because it is not in my queue. Has anyone else reported this?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Actually, it happens as I expand the window, by clicking "View All Messages."

OpenStudy (ash2326):

@Redwood Girl I've also seen this. I see a message from @shadowfiend each time I see my messages

OpenStudy (farmdawgnation):

I haven't seen this happen. What browser and OS are you using?

OpenStudy (ash2326):

I use Windows 7 and google chrome. let me post the snapshot of it

Heh. Yeah I figured that was the one. That awkward moment when your template flashes in front of people before real content fills in… Anyway, that's the underlying template that is then converted into your messages. It's nothing to worry about, but we'll look into making it so you don't get to see it for a moment :)

Ahhhhhh! That is so funny. Today is the first time I've seen that one, or at least, it's the first time I was conscious of it. But I have seen also some text about warnings flash across the screen, too quick to read. As for me, I'm on Mac OS 10.6.8, using Safari 5.1.2.
