Write each decimal as a fraction and mixed number in simplest form? 0.7 0.32 4.008

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

to transform decimals to fractions first..use the number beside the decimal as the numerator...then count how many digits are after the decimal...those are the same number of zeros of the denominator...for example...0.7 is 7/10 because 7 is the number beside the decimal and one digit after the decimal so one zero.
