How does Zeus Feel about his brother Hades?

Zeus's job was to maintain the natural order. He tended also to do what was best for himself without regard to the consequences or who it would hurt. Hades wanted Persephone for his wife, but needed Zeus's permission. To keep Hades happy he consented. It was only after humanity began to die off depriving the Olympians of worship that Zeus intervened to reverse his prior decision. Humanity was dying off because Demeter was refused to allow anything on Earth to grow.
