Im working on this problem that asks me what is the value of the discriminant and if the equation has two imaginary solutions , two real solutions, or one real solution the equation was 16x^2-5x-2=0 I came up with the answer 5±√153/32 Therefore the answer would be that with two real solutions right?

Don't ever solve the problem. Look at (b^2-4ac) and you can always get the answer from there. And yes, 2 real solutions.
oh, lol thanks. I was over thinking it than thanks
oh but for this problem i have to find the discriminat though. Its required. But the one I showed aboive is correct though right
