i want to know basic needs to learn software devolopment

You need some maths skills, depends on what kind of software you want to develop, then u need to learn a programming language (C, Python, Java), I would recommend Python for beginners. Then you need to know how computer architectures function, meaning: how written code is translated to machine instructions and executed by a computer (CPUs, Memory cells, Bits and Flip Flops). It's a very broad subject, so there is much more to say, but i hope this gives you some hints on where to start.

There is a course at MIT OCW, elements of software construction. I haven't stuided yet, but will do soon. I think once you got programming skills and other knowledge, it would be a good way to make a solid understanding how software is built. Just a suggestiong! :)
