Well I can't help you on anything except 4 and 5 because I don't know what story needs to be referred to but here's help on 4 and 5 you can figure out the answers: 4. The setting is where something takes place Voice is how it is being said and with what exertions such as "Oh, my, look at that dog run!" versus "Look at that dog running." The first one is much more exciting to read and gives it a feeling. Theme is what it's based around such as "The theme of the classroom was 'spooky critters' during the Halloween party." Mood is how it feels and what emotion is put into it. 5. Plug in each word and listen for whichever word sounds best. It helps to say it aloud. Read this aloud to yourself and choose whichever one sounds correct to you: Neither of the glasses were full of juice. Neither of the glasses weren't full of juice. Neither of the glasses was full of juice. Neither of the glasses wasn't full of juice. Keep in mind that when you are talking about more than one object you will never use the word "was" therefore was and wasn't are opted out. Neither is a negative, so is weren't, that cancels out therefore giving it the same meaning as if you were to use the word "were". Given that information, you choose the answer.

I made a mistake, using weren't does not give it the same meaning but using were gives it the meaning: None of the glasses had juice in them. Using weren't gives it the meaning: All of the glasses had juice in them.
