Let f(x) = -4x + 7 and g(x) = 10x - 6, find f(g(x)).

OpenStudy (raspberryjam):

Finding f(g(x)) simply means substituting the function g(x) into every x you see in the f(x) function. So it would look like this: \[f(g(x))=-4(10x-6)+7\] Then just solve for x.
