What part do sugar and oxygen play in cell respiration? What part do they play in photosynthesis? 0-0
ok u knw in photosynthesis Oxygen is release whilein respiration oxygen is required to break down the sugar
for me its a restriction to help u further i can only guide u so firsst tell me wat u mean by respiration and photosynthesis
Okie doke..can u wait a few mins?
C6H12O6 + 6O2 ? 6CO2 + 6H2O + Energy So this is the equation for photosynthesis. C6H12O6=glucose(sugar) O2=oxygen CO2-carbon dioxide H2O=water Energy=(ATP)
SRRY..will write rest later...having some technical difficulties...
wait @GOODMAN
in suuuuper simple terms, oxygen is a product of photosynthesis and an ingredient of cellular respiration. photosynthesis takes in carbon dioxide and H2O (water) and spits out oxygen and glucose (sugar). Cellular respiration takes that oxygen and glucose and spits out carbon dioxide and H2O. plants inhale what animals exhale, and animals inhale what plants exhale (kinda like "lather, rinse, repeat") :)
Yea, basically iCanHelp explained it thouruogly, sorry, my computer kinda died..
