what is the surface area of a cylinder with a radius of 5 and a height of 10

OpenStudy (anonymous):

surface area of cylinder= 2(pi)r^2 + 2(pi)r*h where r is radius and h is height. so after plugging this in the equation, we get 2(pi)(25) + 2(pi)(50) which equals 150(pi) units squared (like meters or feet)
