The term that refers to those entering the united states without the proper paper work indicating their non immigrant status???

Do you mean without the proper paperwork indicating their immigrant status? That would be what we used to call "illegal" and now call "undocumented." 

If you really do mean without the proper paperwork indicating that they are not immigrants, I don't know. I've never heard a term for that. I've tried looking it up, but although I've found info on extending or changing nonimmigrant status, I'm not finding the terminology for someone coming into the country lacking that paperwork.
