derivative of sqrt (10^(5-y))

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\sqrt (10^{5-y})\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

dy/dx?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is the expression a function of, i see a y so i'm assuming maybe it's implicit differentiation problem and you are using d/dx as your derivative operator or the problem is like f(y) = sqrt (10^(5-y)) and the expression is a function of y and that simplifies things

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you are right it is f(y)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ah k yeah it would have been a bit were you deriving it with respect to some other variable

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wow >_> it didn't post the picture i had made, i think my internet connect died or something... i have no idea

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think I got it thx anyway
