What is the basis on which the level of a user increases? I have a feeling that its not just medals and achievements because radar who has 947 medals and 8 achievements is in level 61 while I am in level 59(974 medals and 12 achievements)

Level progression is *currently* only from medals and achievements. However, radar has been around for a while, and there have been moments when we've experimented with other forms of getting XP, such as getting a small amount of XP for each reply or question posted. We're getting ready to make some big changes to the ranking system again, so sit tight!
