Actually, whether or not this is a bug or not is for @darthsid to decide. There have been cases where people reporting themselves has been used in the past. Albeit rare. Heh.

That said, we never put in any code to restrict the button. So it's not like we have code in place that isn't working.

Ah, well, I wouldn't want to deprive someone of a conscientious act. If they feel regretful enough, they should be able to report themselves, right?
