It is a straight line
the slope is 0 scince the (-1)-(-1)/(-7)-(3) =0 i.e. a straight line

calculate it like i did for the first two points here is the rule slope m for two points (x1.y1) and (x2,y2) is (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
(x1.y1) is in your case (7,4) and (x2,y2) is (-6,13) just substitute

yes now you have to divide them just like the rule says
