take a look at the trig cheat sheet attached. find 300 degrees on the unit circle.
first coordinate is cosine, second is sine

And what about tan and the other 3?

tan is sine over cosine, or second coordinate over first

How is this going to help me on the test when I have no unit circle with me?
It's obvious there is some knowledge I'm supposed to be able to apply to get the answer here.
