You roll 2 dice. What is the probability that the sum of the dice is prime and both dice show the number 6?

OpenStudy (raspberryjam):

I'm slightly confused...is it asking what the probability that you roll two sixes and the sum of the dice are at the same time?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea

OpenStudy (raspberryjam):

I mean the probability that you roll two sixes and the probability that the sum of the dice is equal to a prime number at the same time? Do you know what prime numbers are...?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea

OpenStudy (raspberryjam):

Then you should know the answer... 6 + 6 = 12 is that a prime number?
