OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

And the center, from what i can see, (2, -1)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a=2, b=1, and center is at (2, -1) (x-2)^2/4 + (y+1)^2/1 = 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[(x-2)^{2}/4+(y+1)^2/1\]

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

How'd you get a & b?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a is the distance from the center to the vertices (endpoints of the major axis) b is the distance from the center to the covertices (endpoints of the minor axis)
