Where are dangerous bacteria NOT likely to be found?

On surfaces and objects. Truly dangerous bacteria are more likely to be passed from skin-to-skin than surface-to-skin.

I think a better question is where they are likely to be found. It is really hard to generalize, but most pathogenic bacteria are fairly fragile except maybe spore formers.

You are likely not to find pathogens in areas with high microbe growth as they will be out competed, or areas that are extremely dry.

Most pathogenic microbes are found in water, food, feces, and dirt.
