why is that the Caramel in coca cola causes cancer?

It doesn't! Drink loootttsss of coke !!! lol Idk it's actually more likely to cause diabetes than cancer though. The body can't process too much sugar at once.

they changed to carmel coloring to avoid cancer it does not cause it
