We are given an input voltage V, and we need to provide an open-circuit output voltage of V. An additional requirement is that the Thevenin resistance as seen from the output terminals is between and . Assume first that the resistors have their nominal resistance. Come up with resistors and such that the division ratio is within 10% of the requirement.

so what is your problem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

U must use one of those res from the standard res... ok??? and U must finde max an min of V with +_ 10% tel of res... useful??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes that is the question. I am stuck with H2P1 with Vin as 60V and Vout 21V but could not find R1, R2, Vout max and min.

i think U must use resistors about 56k and some thing near 30k!!! try some 27k and 33k!!

I tried this but still can't seem to get it correct, what am I doing wrong?
