ok i believe your answer is B. and your slope term -3t can be read as "rise over run" we know that -3=-3/1 so on your y axis you will move -3 units as you only run 1 unit does that make sense?

also your-1 corresponds to your y intercept so you know your line should cross the y axis at y=-1
