Will there ever be an "Invite to group" feature? where you can invite people to a group that has been created in the past :P that would totally be awesome!

Not sure what you mean? There are buttons to share your group by facebook, twitter, or email between your level bar and the group name at the top of the page.

he wants to get people to join to group which is not official and isntead of giving them url of that group he wants to click invite people to that group

but I think this won't happen because joining groups with a search was disabled for a reason and probably some time they will be deleted
