The biggest part of the HEART, physically if you're asking about the size, would be the ventricles.

Spatcher is right, both about spelling and the heart. Specifically, the largest part is the left ventricle. It pumps blood to the systematic circulation while the right ventricle only pumps blood to the lungs, so it has to be more muscular and bigger.
