When I worked this just now, the answer I got was not one of the options.

SA = 2 pi rh + 2pi r^2
SA = 2 pi (9)(9) + 2 pi (9)^2
SA = 162 pi + 162 pi
SA = 324 pi
SA = 1017.36 approx --> May someone can find the error.

The answers seem to be leaving out a factor of pi
I am guessing it is a bit of a screw up on their part.
