C. You want to make sure the information you are reading is from a source that you can trust. If the article is about state laws, and the source is the writer's father-in-law, who has read a few books on the subject, you should probably be wary of the information. But, if that same article lists a prosecuting attorney as the source, you will probably feel confident that what you are reading is fact.
