Choose one of the allusions from the previous lesson (or one of your own choice) and use it to write a brief (one paragraph) character sketch or story situation in which the allusion enhances what you are trying to say. In other words, if you are writing a character sketch of someone who is compassionate and giving to others, you might want to refer to her as a "Mother Teresa" to help the reader identify with the kind of character you are creating. Do not just throw in an allusion that doesn't add to your character or plot just so you can say you have used an allusion!
