The formula for Combination is:
\[n!\div(n -r)!(r!)\]
so we get the values:
n=76, and your r=2
\[76!\div(76 -2)!(2!)\]

1.) So, there is 2,850 ways to choose 2 raffle winners.

For number 2, use the same Combination Formula:
2.) There are 230,300 ways finalists can be selected.

For number 3, use a Circular Permutation formula (Pn):
3.) (5 - 1)! = 4! = 24
