This is an assignment that is almost personal.  If we try to answer this for you, it'll end up being "our" work. (i.e. "My observation right now is that it is too cold for Spring", but is it really that cold at your place? What if it's actually warm and sunny up there?)

You have to understand the question very well.  This is an important thing that you alone must undertake, in terms of your ubringing in Science.  

Also, this is VERY easy.

Hmmm...well, what do you observe? You can base this on a surrounding, on current geo-political  events, or, personally, yourself... what you physically or emotionally feel.

For example, feelings of Anxiety or Joy, those are valid questions that you can experiment on.  Science is not just beakers, robots and chemicals, you see ;)
