The answer is definitively B.

Here's why:

mRNA has the information
tRNA reads the information
rRNA does chemistry on the information

The mRNA just stores the information, without a tRNA to read it then you just have information floating around.  rRNA makes up part of the ribosome, so even if your mRNA gets fed through the ribosome, there is no tRNA to read the mRNA's information to tell the rRNA what to do.
