Can Someone Please Help?? “Rocks and other materials are neither created nor destroyed. However, they change from one form to another.” In your own words, justify this statement with the help of a model.

OpenStudy (apoorvk):

i guess thats what happens, eh?? dust and soil get buried down deeper and deeper over time. so deeper you go, more pressure and more temperature. this results in the formation of rocks (as the inter-molecular barrier is breached and they get bonded real well, and become hard.) as for the minerals, they are already present, in side the the earth.. they merely change their chemical forms.
