Which of these ordered pairs could not be a dilation of (8, -4)? (2, -1) (2, -2) (16, -8) (4, -2)

dilation means enlarge or reduce. think of your pupils being dilated. anyways (2,-1) could be because 8/4 is 2 and -4/4 is -1
(2, -2) because 8/4 is 2 but -4/4 is -1 not -2 so I would say it is the second choice
