I think it might be the frontal lobe because it contains the primary motor cortex which controls the voluntary movements. Just so you know, the motor cortex forms the posterior boundary so in other words it's the back of the frontal lobe and the next bit of brain going towards the back is the parietal lobe. The occipital is right at the back (most posterior) with the temporal lobe under the frontal and parietal lobes. There's a nice picture on this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frontal_lobe
