What is the formula for work?
Work = Force x Distance, where we consider only the component of force in the direction of motion. Here the force and the direction are parallel, so we can say Work = Force x Distance and not worry about that technicality. Now, you know the amount of Work and the Force. Hence you can solve for Distance.
