Is Magnetic Flux the change in Magnetic Field, or change in /Density/ of a Magnetic Field, or something else entirely?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The formula is flux = (magnetic field) (area) So technically magnetic flux is the magnetic field felt in a certain area.

OpenStudy (stormfire1):

It's also dependent on the angle at which the field crosses the area. The full formula is: \[\phi=BAcos(\Theta)\] where B is the field, A is the enclosed area and theta is the angle between the field and the normal to A.
