I think you left out a sign in front of the last term; it should be either a plus or minus sign in front of the last term. I assumed here that it is a plus sign.\[24r^3s^2+30r^2s^2-42r^2s^3+ 6r^2s^2=18r^2s^2\]Note the common factors that allow us to combine all the terms.
