Angle FDE is an angle formed by two chords within the circle. The formula for its measure is one-half the sum of the arcs cut off by it and its vertical angle. Angle FDE has measure one-half the sum of arcs FE and BC. Angle FDE's measure = 1/2 ( 74 + 64 ) = 70.5 --> Answer
