I've recently heard people are having problems on Openstudy. Im not sure if this would work, but somtimes if your in lots of groups then it will have a effect on your CPU causing it to lag or somtimes crash. I recommend leaving a group or clearing your cache. Note: ( Leaving a group does not make you lose your current level or anything else).

What do you mean by too many groups at once? Two groups in separate tabs?

No, I believe Carniel is referring to being a member of multiple groups; i.e., having multiple group chats open/multiple groups in the group drop down at the top of the page.
